All retail orders must be prepaid by mail or by credit card. All wholesale orders are shipped COD Money Order unless other arrangements have been made.

All of the items that you see on the site are in stock.

All orders will ship via the method YOU CHOOSE during checkout.

Shipping times will depend on the method you chose;
- UPS Ground takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your distance from our warehouse in Kansas City. This is our recommended shipping method.
- UPS 3 Day Select is guaranteed in 3 business days to MOST locations.
- UPS 2nd Day is guaranteed in 2 business days to MOST locations.

Please note that the above shipping times are after the 1-3 business day in house processing time.

Wholesale customers, please be aware that our shipping calculation system is designed for use with typical retail orders and cannot correctly calculate wholesale shipping because of the unpredictable weight & dimensions that result from typically larger wholesale orders. Your shipping charge will be based on the actual shipping calculated once your order is packed. One of our sales reps will contact you with a final total.

All orders are shipped in plain cardboard boxes or recycled boxes from products unrelated to ours (coffee maker, speakers, etc). We try to recycle everything that we can; boxes, packing materials, and so on.
