How long will it take for me to get my order?
In house processing takes 1-3 business days. Shipping time will depend on the shipping method you choose and your distance from Kansas City.

How is the order shipped?
We have a variety of shipping methods available. You will be able to see the available shipping methods and their costs during the checkout process. We recommend UPS Ground shipping. Because of our central location, this low cost shipping method will get orders just about anywhere in the US fairly quickly.

If I decide that I do not want/like an item, can I return it?
All sales are final unless the item is received defective or damaged. In which case, it must be reported to us within 2 business days of receipt of the shipment. Items that arrive damaged will be replaced with an identical item and a damage claim will be filed with UPS.

How much is shipping?
The shipping price will depend on the weight of your item(s), how far you live from Kansas City, and the method you choose. We recommend UPS Ground for most customers. During the checkout process you will be able to see the available shipping methods and their costs. Please note that our automated shipping calculator works fine for retail orders but wholesale customers should wait for their final total from one of our sales reps to ensure the correct shipping price.

Do you have any kind of minimum or maximum order?
Retail orders have a minimum order of $20.00 before shipping. Wholesale order have a minimum order of $100 before shipping. There is no maximum order.

How exact are the measurements in your product information?
Because many of our products are hand made, it is impossible to give precise measurements. The given dimensions are approximate and they will vary from item to item and model to model.
